Self care is doing what you need to do to feel whole and that includes maintaining your personal relationships, taking care of who matters to you. Sometimes it's stuffed at may not be fun in the moment, but it's absolutely necessary to you, yes? And there's good research on this that sure, sometimes taking care of our kids,. taking care of people that we care about that are sick, those things feel stressful in the moment; they're exactly the kind ofthings in our lives that give us meaning and purpose and a sense of belonging.
