You really notice that difference as soon as you start to adjust and you figure out what your healthy baseline is. You don't realize that until you see the data behind it. That's another one that's big for me is is sleep. I've traditionally started a little bit with it, but I try to do my best. It's even like, like you said, like almonds, like half hour before bed, like it's impressive how much it can affect the quality of your sleep.
