Give the Credit and Take the Blame
Abraham lincoln did a great job on that too. He got motivated because he had a leader who understood how to give credit to other people. Can you see that old general out there on that old horse? And he realizes that if he loses, lincoln takes the blame, and if he wins, he gets the credit. You talk about i can't lose type of warfare. I mean, he didn't have timeto take a bath or shower.
