Before we had this, our customers were manually scrolling through these Slack channels. We're like, okay, we can really improve this experience. And so you basically point guru at these busy channels and exactly, it's going to come back with the things that keep coming up over and over and over again. It will take that messy conversational back and forth and turn it into a nice and simple summary or FAQ format structure. This is just this delight moment for someone who has to manually go and deal with all this stuff, right?
