The Importance of Diverse Casts in Screenwriting

I think at screenwriters, you really have to ethics and all this stuff aside. If your script is just flat because the facts are flat and there's not a story there, you got to make some decisions. Some of them might be like pick a smaller time slice. Maybe they should be television pitches for a mini series. I don't really think cradle to grave is typically the best choice. It's very rarely unless you're writing for lifetime or something or adapting a book.
