The Importance of Taking a Break

The last thing I wish I would have known sooner is that you really should take a break. Social media has gotten so demanding over the years. If you are just completely burning yourself out to create, to really think clearly, you need space. It's okay to take a breath and that doing so really helps you do your best work.
