I walk 20k steps a day. That's monthly average. If you want to lose weight, just pick up a walking habit. I love blocking out like 60 minutes, working, going on a walk and doing those in time blocks. And now I don't think I'll ever live in a non-walkable city. So my point here is that when you start developing reasons behind your actions, you start cultivating a philosophy for not only those actions themselves but then they culminate into a larger life goal.
