Is There a Timer?
Using the toggle app, you can turn it into a one step, basically switch to turn the timer on. So for example, when I clock into work, I also start my work time and toggle. You may think that that is slightly redundant, but I like to see how long I spent chatting with people at work versus going through my email. Because it's quite eye opening, I'm sure you will find.
