The Alchemy of Teams - What Am I Missing?

Leaders need to create an environment of regular, productive critique. Each person on a team has a perspective and I call this the alchemy of teams. If you bring me something and you want to know what I think, you don't care if I like it. You want to hear what you're missing. Shine a light on the ugly part. This is what I'm concerned about. Help me make sure my butts not hanging out in this way. What am I missing? And you'll find as you ask that of the people on your team, start to find who are going to help you move forward.
