The Importance of NPS and Engagement in ML Platforms

The right metric for a lot of companies, once you check off, the metrics about latency and all those are like check-offs. NPS is surely a good one to focus on if you're building or leading an ML platform team. I feel like in some ways, MLOps is kind of failing the original, like, sort of end users of MLOps, which is a data scientist. It's questionable how much we've really succeeded with that.
