Sleep is one of the biggest issues affecting people's health and well-being. If you can't sleep, you then get stressed about the fact you can't sleep - masificia cycle. Try to go to bed at same time each day, out in daylight when it's safe. Emphasise not drinking alcohol because that disrupts your sleepcycle. Take a breather every now and again as this will help lower inflammatory levels which are associated with stress response.
