How to Reprogram a Street Sign

There is a, and at least in the, in the 90s. there's just a little battery case. That's the, also the controller and it's plastic and there's no lock on or anything. And so it just put one, two, three, four, then you had access to the sign. You could just make it say whatever it wanted. So at Baltimore, we would just like reprogram them to just read like, but balls. Yeah. Whatever you write is good because the people driving by who have had a long day just go, that's funny.
