The Importance of Payroll Protection

I'm not sure we wanna mess with that. 98% of all small businesses have assets, have deposits under $250,000. Depositors just view that money in the bank is safe. Why can't a private company pay more for FDIC insurance? I think you make a great point about payroll protection. But I'm not 100% against them doing any type of legislation on deposit insurance.
