CKD - What Is the Center of Gravity?
The CBC showed leukocytosis to 16.2 with a neutrophil predominance and normal platelet levels. The urinalysis showed greater than 500 milligrams per deciliter of protein, 31 RBCs, 98 WBCs, and 3 WBC casts. chest x-ray showed diffuse pulmonary edema. Patient was started on a clavidopine drip, given Lasix and metallosone, and admitted to the ICU. Dallas's was discussed with a patient, but he did not wish to proceed with dialysis at this time or think about it more.
