i counted or see any immunities that uh the court or job amissed here i think i counted to at least seven or eight but you know maybe there's some others they should argue. It definitely was chock full of of most the immunities that they could have raised and it wasn't time to get into the weeds, he says. The only compelling interest that the supreme court has recognized are things that everybody would acknowledge are compelling like national security or combating terrorism according to a former Minnesota Supreme Court justice.
