Maria papova: i use thoro's diaries as a kind of a spiritual text that i re read over and over when i need to kind of centere, re centr. In the history of the written word, for some reason, men's diaries are called journals and women's diiaries are called en in any case, i was reading this beautiful passage where he talks about hard work. He says basically that the person who works hard doesn't exert himself all day, but has this leisure around accomplishing the task.
