The Corn Exchange

Not a week's pass since this year commenced that a policeman has not died in the discharge of his duty. Yesterday, policeman Bessemer was fatally injured by a crazy merchant named Tibbetts, who stabbed him on the Corn Exchange. Is the Corn Exchange a euphemism for a body part or is that a place? It's a place I think it's where they, you know, buy and sell corn. The Asparagus is danger for being honest.
