How we respond to people who are struggling is pivotal because it shapes their experience of whether or not that's a safe thing to do again in the future. Some research shows that there needs to be opportunities to make mistakes and like not be essentially shamed or made in trouble. So resiliency is about having adults, especially as kids, that can say, yep, you know what, sometimes things don't work out so well. We'll try to get tomorrow.
