Within Prospera they have accepted some payments in Bitcoin and they are open to doing that for various things. It's not being used as far as I'm aware in, I don't know a lot about Orchidea yet which is one of the other projects. So essentially it's about winning hearts and minds to help have some level of defense or some level of not being aggressed on by the government of the country.
