Bryan: The whole point of making people not ghosts, you is so that you can learn what the problems are when some one ghosts. When someone ghosts you, you have no idea why they went with some one else or whyt they didn't hire you. So by doing some of the things we're talking about to day, you actually learn so you can adapt. Every market has a cap like there's an elastic elasticity.
