orwell writes that napoleon never has any plans of his own. He just criticizes snowball's plans and say they won't work. We see a lot now where a lot of these revolutionary groups, they're just always attacking and complaining racism, sexism, all this. But they never really try to do much themselves. They just try to destroy and tear down.
