And I have a new appreciation for one, how counter-cultural the biblical narrative was in whatever culture it manifested itself. Do you see other areas that are contemporary today where you see the biblical narrative as equally counter-cultural as it was in Old Testament times and in the first, the Greco-Roman world of the first century?
