G o search has been in the recruitment business for over 31 years. The first step is typically to send a resume. A recruiter l reach out to you and either discuss something that you expressed interest in immediately, or get an idea of what you are looking for in the long term. And then we will typically ask our job seekers to check in to our webside to keep actively looking at our positions.
