The Relationship Between Image Quality and Artifact Scores
Quality and artifact scores among the three image sets were compared using the Wilcoxen signed rank test. No significant difference in image quality or artifact score was found between standard sequences and accelerated sequences with DLR. Interobserver agreement for the presence of intra-articular pathologies on each image set gave almost perfect agreement, Capig and 0.6 and 0.8. For supraspinatus or infraspinatus pathology, interobserver and interimage set agreement was better for standard sequences and accelerations with DLR than for Accelerated sequences without DLR.
