Putin Doesn't Need More Than One to Work, John Wolfstar
Russia has said it reserves the right to use nuclear weapons if territorial integrity of Russia is threatened. The challenge is now that Putin is illegally annexing Ukrainian territory and declaring that to be Russian territory, John Wolfstar says. He could easily and readily use nuclear weapons, but he is seeking to deter the United States and NATO from doing more to help Ukraine.
