I feel like, for example, if I have to pay my rent and I get a temp job, either waiting tables or whatever, things that are not really in the system, but I just get paid under table just to get by. And then if you discount me as someone who's on the hunting for a proper job, that's kind of unfair, you know? Yeah. This is a very complicated thing. So I think Gen Z in China, when it comes to demanding more pay, they're probably in sync to an extent with their American peers for very similar reasons. Inflation didn't really happen here in the last three years. It didn't really hit us that hard.
