Introduction
On December 5th, an EU embargo on seaborn crudal imports from Russia came into effect. The G7 and the EU also imposed a price cap on Russian oil at $60 per barrel. Tatiana Matrova is a research fellow at the Center on Global Energy Policy. She's joined today by our own energy markets expert Ben Cahill.
