Threads has two real things going for it. One is that because it's attached to Instagram, it's incredibly easy to sign up for. The speed of getting set up is faster than basically any social network ever as long as you're an existing Instagram user. And the other thing is just that it's owned by meta. This episode was produced by Amanda Lewellyn, edited by Amina Al-Sadi, fact-checked by Laura Bullard, engineered by Michael Raphael with help from Patrick Boyd, and hosted by Noel King.
