How to Fix a Customer's Pain

We ask them what are we trying to figure out? We know our use cases. We do the research. We understand what we're trying to solve. We assume a pain. We assume that this is hard for you and here's why. The third part then is the proof point. How can we fix that particular pain? Whether that be then a customer story with another customer of ours that's in a related field or a competitor of theirs, simply a quick little blurb about our products or one of our apps. That says here, here's how we can fix whatever that is that we assumed is a pain of yours.
