The only thing that is connected to my office is our bedroom and our son's bedroom. So i luckily didn't have to do that, because it's not connected to the areas where there will be people. And then the beautiful rubber on events really just stopped a lot of the vibrations from travelling through the thin metal. The next one was insulation in the joists. Most people use what this thing called rock wool, which is literally like they crush up rocks, make it into lava and then spin it like cotton candy u and it's an insulation made out of rocks. But i ended up not using it in most spots inside my office. I just used the regular pink fibre glass insulation.
