Sectors that've had the biggest move up are down to day. Target reaffirmed its full year forcast, even though they had a disappointment in the second quarter. The problem the bulls have right now is tho markits priceing perfection in economy's going to be strong enough to avoid a serious recession. That's a very tall order, market rally or not.
