The Slow Pace of Unionization in the US

The National Labor Relations Act was passed in 1935. It says explicitly, it is the policy of the US government to support worker organizing and collective bargaining. There's nothing statutory to nudge more work or to make it easier to unionize. Ultimately, unionization is the choice of the workers.
