Women and Domestic Violence

Most of the people who experience domestic violence and abuse are women still to this day. Women have very little agency sometimes because they lack economic access or they lack in this case you know she didn't have a visa or anything so there's so many layers to her story what I like about her stories is  to really sort of have taken this journey with her. She grew up believing that white people don't lie and it seems so you know wow people still believe that right? It's not because she wasn't educated we could dismiss it that way it's because this is what colonialism does to us right.
