Redistribution, Willy Nilly
i wrote a report then saying we should have three rates, not one rate. So when you have this desire to redistribute, what is imperative to redistribute on along not just one line, but many lines. And of course, you don't have the physcal capacity, either to deliver on redistribution or in kind of raising the resources require to this. The only way you distribute is through messing around with the price system and distorting everything. It exacts a huge cost toll in terms of economy. But again, i think you can be very critical about it, but i think the criticism should be more that conditional,.
