Early endpoints are just so important they allow you to learn at a pace that is much faster and much more informative. So we're looking for circulating tumor in the blood RNA and the DNA, background enhancement on MRI or functional tumor volume. And I'm also working on the same kind of framework for GCIS. The DCI should be considered a window of opportunity for prevention but if we just keep operating out everybody and doing the same thing we cannot expect to have a different result.
