Teachable, Not Just Like

Coding is a very objectively able process. The ability to code, i something that's very easy to assess. But if you think about management, how do you cretentialize management ability? As a teacher, those are very difficult to credentialize. And then you get into the same kind of games where we ent up going back into like using the college degree now as a measure of general intelligence. That type of thing is now being used as a proxy because it's the best we have. It's the best that an employer has to be able to assess these very high level talents that are needed for a good hire.
