The Government's Plan to Capture Emissions

Are we going to reach a point though where the government steps in? I mean, the trend line to me sure looks like it's coming. At some point, I could see the government stepping in and saying, like, other forms of pollution, if you do it, you got to pay for it. That would be what's called carbon tax or carbon cap. It wouldn't change things a great deal. If they tax $20 a ton for CO2, the average drive would pay $100 a year. We made about five tons a year, which is pretty de minimis.
