The Need for Certainty Is Not Just for CEOs
In an agile way you just say okay I know it plans are wrong and I'm trying to inspect and adapt. 99% of what we do is probably outside of our control anyway so all this feeling of planning and defining before end that we still have is much less effective than it used to be in the past but it's still useful. The most important thing that people underestimate or they assume to be true is that before you start everything that needs to be done and you know exactly how it will happen wrong it has never been the case in history.
