Non state violent extremists are moving towards these non state violent extremists as a means to provide security food money, most importantly. So perhaps thers avoid of state support because the state either doesn't have money or hasn't caught up with the fact that there has been such a massive climate and economic change in the region. These regions are largely ungoverned. They don't have the resources to govern this area. And then they offer an alternative form of governors to the people. So they project themselves as the only government available. Now that's the only form of governors they have. Ther i feel i come in one of your lectures, olenka, and i'm happy about it.
