Canning - The First Hour of the Show

If the power goes out, you can run a generator for a little bit and on. If they shut off the power for like two weeks at a time, that is to squeeze your stock pile. There was a lid and canning jar shortage during the covid but it seems like there's a lot more of that stock that has hit the shelves lately. Going have to get seeds, causey your stocks are going to run out eventually. I don't care if i caned that full freezer full of meat, or if hears you're full of edge, eventually that runs out, and you're going to need to grow some of your own food.
