The Moment You Sell Someone, You Own That Relationship for Life
There is a misperception in the business world that once you sell somebody, you own that relationship for life. Most people treat sold clients as if they were there a chattle and go on trying to sell someone else. You can ethically programme your client by taking actions that will give them the greatest outcome. And then after the transaction, you need to commit even more. That's a funct of constant commitment and pro activity and investment continuously in behalf of the client.
