The Story of Early Childhood Education

Three large strategies that we put in place from 2005 and they were improve the quality of instruction with a focus on reading, support parents from birth through to three years of age. The third strategy was to develop a distributed leadership model so that all of the success of the school wasn't built around one or a couple of people. Although it sounded linear in the way that we first told the story those three strategies actually occurred simultaneously.
