Terraforyg Mars - The Challenges and Opportunities

Airis expedition is a condensed version of the popular Terrafory mars card game. Nick and i love games that are really condensed and stripped down. We wanted to make airis expedition play in half the time as terraforyg mars does. The main challenge was making sure everyone made their decisions at the same time, rather than waiting for other people to do so. But some of those problems sort of solved themselves when we looked through all the original terrifory mars cards,. 80 % of them functioned without needing the board or any kind of flier interaction with each other. So it wasn't too difficult to mould what was already there into the new shape of airis expedition.
