Is Running Good for Your Knees?

When Tim Linsakum was in high school, he used to run like 40 to 50 miles a week. He had plantar fasciitis but still kept trying to run up into his 30s. After stopping running because of the pain, someone at work told him she ran a mile. And it's good for your knees as you build up weight bearing exercise.
