i want to see you at spring training 20 18, june second through third, westfield, new jersey, at crossfit nine o eight. I'm also bringing joe to baldy, the branding and marketing gooroo who helped take me from crossfit southend to urban movement when i rebranded. Rell ted about this one, guys, i've got mike jones, c o of alchemy three six five, on the podcast.
