The New Departure Strategy

Suffragists said, the way to get women the vote is through a act of congress. Mary and the new departure strategy said, no, it's already in there. They wanted that niht, that amendment. It turned out to be the nineteenth amendment,. but they thought it was going to be the fifteenth amendment. The manner in which the campaign is being conducted is pretty near a farce at this point.
