When I originally saw the scene, I didn't know what to make of it. It was so tonally and stylistically different from Resident movies. The brother, those are working class, brothers are a central cast in working class. And one other significant part of the scene is that she watches an old VHS of Strenard Bernstein. He's saying about how music can bring out emotions that we don't have words for.
