It's learning to see that the difficulties that come up in practice, and this was in the more general meaning of sloth and topper, seeing them as challenges rather than as problems for us. So we don't pull back. We don't avoid. There was a time in my practice which contrary to my nature, I started using the mantra, given a choice, choose the difficult. This is just a mental state. It's a mental factor which has certain qualities, certain characteristics. Now, we can really learn about it. We can explore in all of these ways that I mentioned. Just one last little piece about sloth andtopper.
