The Former President's Lawyers Might Be Arguing for a Change of Venue Motion or a Gag Order in the Case
Former president Donald Trump pleaded not guilty to 34 counts of falsifying business records. The arraignment continues, and we are still awaiting some of the specifics when it comes to those charges. Professor Joshua Kastenberg: I suspect that a change of venue motion will be coming in the near future. They'll probably be motions to compel discovery; there could also be allegations of grand jury misconduct.
