Globalism vs Particularism

Globalism versus particularism is the current fault line in society. The term 'globalist' was used to describeHitler as a globalist and criticise America's global reach. It flared up again after two thousand and three, after the raqar when critics of vienam war called for an end to American global engagement. But it quickly flipped from being a term to describe fachism or natism to describing the united states.
